Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Copeland’s Premium Chauffeur Services LLC. By booking our services, visiting our website https://copelandschauffeur.com, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Reservation Confirmation

  • It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all reservation confirmations.

  • Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to our office at (850) 299-3151 or [email protected].

  • Failure to report discrepancies before scheduled service time may result in full charges if corrections are not made in advance.


2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations made after this period will be charged 100% of the reserved fare.

  • No-Shows: Failure to appear at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice is considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

  • Flight Diversions: To minimize costs, we may release the first chauffeur and dispatch another upon updated ETA. Additional wait time or re-dispatch may result in added charges. Clients are responsible for any additional cost incurred.


3. Liability & Conduct

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused during the rental by themselves or their party.

  • All vehicles are non-smoking. A $500 sanitation fee applies for violations (including food, drink, or smoke odors).

  • Illegal drugs, underage alcohol consumption, or possession of unlawful weapons is strictly prohibited. The chauffeur may terminate service without refund if there is disorderly, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.


4. Additional Charges

  • Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments after a 15-minute grace period.

  • Domestic arrivals: Clients must meet the chauffeur within 30 minutes of arrival time. After that, wait time is billed at $1/minute (sedan/SUV) or $2/minute (van/bus).

  • International arrivals: Clients must meet the chauffeur within 45 minutes of arrival, unless prior arrangements are made.


5. Other Terms

  • Copeland’s Premium Chauffeur Services, LLC is not liable for delays caused by unsafe road conditions, traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdown.

  • The company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

  • Vehicles may not exceed the manufacturer’s designated seating capacity.

  • A 20% service gratuity will be automatically applied to all reservations.

Agreement & Disclaimer


By booking with us and/or providing payment information, the client acknowledges and accepts this binding agreement and confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Copeland’s Premium Chauffeur Services, LLC Terms & Conditions, including cancellation, no-show, and billing policies, regardless of
whether a signature is provided. This agreement is legally binding.
