Welcome to Copeland’s Premium Chauffeur Services LLC. By booking our services, visiting our website https://copelandschauffeur.com, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • Advance Reservations: Clients are encouraged to book services in advance to ensure availability.

  • Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed via email or text message. It is the client’s responsibility to review all confirmation details.

  • Minimum Charges: Minimum hourly or distance-based charges may apply depending on the type of service requested.


2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and may accept other forms of payment by prior arrangement.

  • Deposits: For certain bookings (e.g., special events or long-distance travel), a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Final Payment: The balance is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, tolls, parking fees, cleaning fees, and damages.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • No-Shows: Failure to appear at the pickup location without notice will result in a full charge.


4. Service Rules

  • Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Smoking, illegal drug use, and aggressive or inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.

  • Safety: Seat belts must be worn at all times. The driver has the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsafe or disruptive.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.


5. Vehicle Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of similar class if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts).


6. Liability

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, accidents, or governmental restrictions).

  • Damages: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service by themselves or their guests.


7. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, logos, images, etc.) is the property of Copeland’s Premium Chauffeur Services LLC and may not be used or reproduced without our express permission.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Leon County, Florida.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
